Overview
Bosta is a Logistics Tech Startup in Egypt, the problem is that Large-scale users could create around 20-30 orders within a few hours.
Goal: Simplify order creation for high-volume users, reduce cognitive overload, and eliminate friction in the existing multi-step flow. and develop mobile app flow.
Role
Identifying Pain points in the current flow, and recommend solutions.
Created Lo-fi mockups for proposed solutions for both mobile and web.
Developed hi-fi mockups for both platforms.
Problem Approach
Main Challenge
Frustrating Workflow: 3-step process requiring excessive scrolling and redundant inputs.
Bottlenecks: 20-30 orders took hours due to poor bulk actions.
Mobile Unfriendliness: Non-responsive web dashboard led to high drop-offs.

User Interviews: Highlighted pain points like “too many clicks” and “lost track of fields.”
Competitor Analysis: Benchmarked against Shopify, Amazon Seller Central.
Key Insight: Users prioritized speed and error reduction over advanced features.

Key Changes
The whole process is now simpler due to less inputs therefore reducing cognitive load.
Adding a dedicated collapsible section for optional notes.
The option to (save and duplicate) to prefill non customer info for fast unique order creation Using F shape information ordering for quick and comfortable scanning by the user.
The create new button now proposes using .CSV file for bulk ordering.
Mobile Chanllenge
Main Challenge
With the current evolution of mobile use, many users are using Bosta Dashboard using their mobile.
The problem is that the current web experience from the mobile is not easy or convenient for our users.
We want to build a mobile app to provide our users with a modern and seamless experience for basic activities.
