Autolender is a fintech solution for Banque Misr, Egypt’s largest bank, designed to simplify auto loan applications for users unfamiliar with financial processes.
During my internship at Banque Misr, I collaborated with a team to design and implement an intuitive platform that empowers users to apply for auto loans with ease while addressing their pain points in tracking and understanding the process.

As part of the UX Design Internship, my contributions included:
Conducting user research to uncover customer pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Synthesizing research insights into actionable design solutions.
Mapping the customer journey to ensure smooth user flows.
Designing a visually consistent and branded UI for both web and mobile platforms.

After taking our research findings, we started our product discovery phase of our UX design internship, With user research insights in hand, we delved into synthesizing the gathered data to identify recurring patterns and pain points. This process enabled us to define the core problems that our design should address.
